Welcome to Jeremy's Place
Jeremy's Place, Inc. (Est. 2016), formerly Visions Care Adult Day Health Center, has served our Senior Population since 1999 and our Developmentally Disabled Population since 2005 with a concentration on Adult Life Enrichment Skills.
The instructional day program will provide a range of instructional and therapeutic activities. The emphasis of these activities is to promote rehabilitative and development in all areas of daily living including social skills, money management, self awareness, food and nutrition and community integration. Your family memebrs are closely monitored and given a home away from home experience.

Schedule a
Meet & Greet
We look forward to meeting you. Schedule a 30 minute virtual meet and greet. This meeting will be considered a professional meet and greet with the administrative staff to learn more about programming and answer questions that may not have been answered via the website or phone.
